We do not offer returns or exchanges for products on ‘Clearance’ section or for discounted products.

If a product has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new product of the same value.

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the order delivery date
  • Company can only accept returns for purchases made on our website
  • Company will not accept return items that has been worn, washed, or altered in anyway
    Once the Products have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your return will be processed



  • Only allowed up to 7 days from the delivery date
  • Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same product
  • Any applicable courier charges to be borne by the customer
  • Your request for an exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place
  • Once the Product has been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your exchange will be processed

We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered, is different from what you had ordered upon the return of the product to us.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item
